MModelCraft

FAQ

Good questions deserve clear answers.

What ModelCraft does today, what it does not promise, and what to expect when GPU capacity needs time to start.

How long does generation take?

Time includes queueing, GPU startup, model loading, inference, post-processing, and upload. Progress shows each real stage; we do not promise instant results.

Which images work best?

Use one well-lit object, a simple or removable background, minimal occlusion, and enough detail. Multiple objects and hidden sides make single-image reconstruction less certain.

Is every result printable?

No. ModelCraft can export STL and preserve physical scale when conversion is valid, but AI geometry may still need manifold, wall-thickness, support, and slicing checks.

What happens after a technical failure?

Paid funds are reserved at acceptance, not irreversibly spent. A complete system-side failure releases the reservation under the documented refund policy.

Are my uploads public?

No by default. Files use private storage keys and ownership-checked downloads. Public sharing is a possible future opt-in feature.

Why a wallet?

A wallet keeps small pay-as-you-go purchases practical without a monthly plan. Every change is recorded in an immutable ledger.
