Refund and Payment Policy
How wallet recharges, reservations, technical failures, and refund reviews are intended to work.
Wallet recharge
Recharge only through the server-created checkout options. Amount and currency are validated on the server; a successful provider callback alone does not credit funds until signature or webhook verification succeeds.
Generation reservation
An accepted paid job reserves its displayed cost so simultaneous submissions cannot spend the same funds. Success finalizes the debit.
Technical failures
When ModelCraft records a complete system-side failure, the reservation is released automatically. A release restores spendable wallet funds and is visible in the ledger.
User-caused issues
Invalid, prohibited, misleading, or unsupported inputs rejected before acceptance are not charged. Policies for failures caused by accepted but unsuitable input will be displayed before confirmation and reviewed fairly.
Recharge refunds
Requests involving unused wallet funds, duplicate payments, fraud, or legal entitlement are reviewed against provider status, ledger history, applicable law, and payment costs. Contact support with the receipt reference.
Duplicate or delayed events
Provider webhooks are idempotent. Duplicate delivery cannot credit the same payment twice; delayed verified settlement will reconcile to the wallet ledger.
