These MVP terms describe the intended service rules in plain language.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your access, and use one account honestly. We may verify, limit, suspend, or close accounts for fraud, abuse, security risk, or material policy violations.
Uploads and outputs
Upload only content you are permitted to use. You remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs and deciding whether they are suitable, safe, lawful, printable, or production-ready.
Service availability
Generation depends on queues, external GPU capacity, models, and storage. We do not guarantee instant processing, uninterrupted availability, perfect reconstruction, topology, dimensional accuracy, or printability.
Payments
Wallet recharges and generation charges follow the Refund and Payment Policy. Prices are displayed before submission and stored with the accepted job.
Prohibited use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, dangerous, or privacy-violating content; probe security; automate abuse; evade limits; or use outputs where failure can cause harm without independent validation.
Model provider notice
Where a generation uses Tencent Hunyuan 3D 2.0, the model technology is provided by the applicable Tencent entity or entities identified in its Community License—not by ModelCraft. Tencent is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsoring, or endorsing ModelCraft. That model and its outputs may be used only in its licensed territory and under its license and Acceptable Use Policy restrictions.

Material policy changes will be dated and communicated where required. Contact support for questions, complaints, or account requests.
