Data we use
Account and profile details, authentication records, preferences, payment references, wallet records, uploads and outputs, job settings, support messages, security signals, and product events needed to operate the service.
Why we use it
To authenticate users, provide generation and downloads, settle payments, prevent abuse, communicate required service messages, improve reliability, answer support, comply with law, and respect opt-in choices.
Files and retention
Private files use opaque storage keys and ownership checks. Retention periods are configurable; deletion may be delayed where backups, disputes, fraud prevention, or financial record duties legitimately require it.
Sharing
Operational providers may process limited data for hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics, CAPTCHA, or GPU work under appropriate terms. We do not make private model files publicly accessible by default.
Cookies and product analytics
ModelCraft uses first-party cookies for sessions, security, device-level abuse protection, and anonymous product-flow measurement. The current build does not load third-party advertising analytics. Any optional external analytics or marketing technology must be documented and reviewed for an appropriate consent mechanism before activation.
Your choices
Control optional email preferences, request data access/export where practical, and request account deletion. Transactional and legally necessary messages are separate from marketing consent.
Security and contact
We use access controls, protected sessions, private storage, audit records, and data minimization. No system is risk-free; report suspected security or privacy issues to support.
